Create specials for individual room types
Create weekday or weekend specials
Adjust rate automatically if availability falls below minimum level (specials provide on only discounts, but also able to add to the price of the room. Specials that adjust rate and do not give discount will be not featured on the web site and rate special newsletter**)

Reservations

Set minimum nights required
Set base occupancy
Set minimum advance for reservation (days)
Set tax, credit card processing fee, additional person surcharge and security deposit for minors.
Set check-in/check-out time.
Set cancelation policy and cancelation fee
Define credit card types accepted for payments.
View/Print reservations
